Payment Policy: Artwork may be purchased through Pay Pal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, wire transfer or cashier's check. Artwork will be shipped promptly after are transferred into the Pay Pal account or into our bank account. However in the case of cashier's checks artwork cannot be shipped until the funds are cleared by the originating bank. Where applicable, sales tax will be included.
Print on Demand: Prints on Demand are printed, matted, and framed by Artspan contractors. These contractors use the digital image provided by the artist to make the print, and they follow your instructions for matting and framing. Then they ship the item(s) directly to you. Shipping charges are added to your order when you checkout. We want you to be happy with your purchases. So please contact the artists if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will make it right for you. The mats and frames are made by Artspan contractors, and we cannot return them for credit, so we do not accept returns of mats and frames. Still please contact us to get more information.
Shipping policy: Shipping costs and sales taxes; if applicable are payable by the buyer please contact us for shipping costs, as they are specific to each piece of artwork based on the size and shipping destination. Tracking, signature on delivery and shipping insurance equal to the purchase price of the art are all required. The buyer is required to check the shipment immediately for damage and must report any damage to the shipper and to us immediately. Delivery of original oils is available as scheduling permits.

Our Custom Work Guarantee. We will execute your piece to your satisfaction. If need be we will start over from scratch to satisfy you. In the case of an impasse you may use your payment as credit towards anything in our collection. There are no refunds on custom work.
